1 Kings 14:13-15

¹³ And all Israel shall mourn for him and bury him, for ^[a]he alone of Jeroboam’s family will come to the grave, because in him ^(A)something good was found toward Yahweh, the God of Israel, in the house of Jeroboam. ¹⁴ Moreover, ^(B)Yahweh will raise up for Himself a king over Israel who will cut off the house of Jeroboam this day ^[b]and from now on.

¹⁵ “So Yahweh will strike Israel, as a reed is shaken in the water; and ^(C)He will uproot Israel from ^(D)this good land which He gave to their fathers, and ^(E)will scatter them beyond the ^[c]River, ^(F)because they have made their ^[d]Asherim, provoking Yahweh to anger.
